Al Iaquinta

“Raging” Al Iaquinta began his professional MMA career in 2009 at the Ring of Combat. He earned a spot on The Ultimate Fighter and fought his way to become a finalist on the show. He currently holds a professional record of 14-6, with half of those wins coming by way of knockout. Al is currently ranked 9th in the talent-stacked UFC's lightweight division with wins over Joe Lauzon, Ross Pearson, Diego Sanchez, Jorge Masvidal, and Kevin Lee.

Matt Frevola

Matt "The Steamrolla" Frevola began his career with an 8-0 start as an amateur, while attending the University of Tampa as well as being a member of the United States Army Reserve. Matt is 8-1 in his professional MMA career, signing with the UFC after an impressive submission finish on the Dana White Contender series. Since then Matt has won 2 fights under the UFC and is looking for a big fight to prove he is a force at 155. 

Sasaki Ulka

Ulka Sasaki is a Japanese mixed martial artist who has competed for the UFC, Vale Tudo, and Rizin organizations. A professional competitor since 2010, Sasaki holds a record of 22-8 fighting some of the best in both the 125 and 135 pound divisions. He is the former Shooto Pacific Rim (132 lbs) Champion and has 2 fight of the night honors to his name.

Dylan Mantello

Dylan "The Quiet Man" Mantello is an undefeated 155-pound fighter with 6 wins as an amateur and 1 win as a professional. He began training at Longo-Weidman after graduating from LSU in 2015 and has won multiple championships since. Dylan has held the New York ISKA lightweight championship as well as the Triton and Ring of Combat Amateur titles, and will be competing February 21st at the upcoming Ring of Combat.

Chris Weidman

Chris “The All American” began wrestling as a child in Baldwin. He excelled greatly at Baldwin Senior High School where he won a Nassau County and New York State championship. Chris was the first junior college wrestler in history to win a New York State Championship. From wrestling he moved onto Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the watchful eye of former Welterweight world champion and UFC legend Matt Serra, where he competed successfully at tournaments such as Grappler's Quest and the ADCC trials. Weidman burst onto the UFC scene and won the UFC Middleweight championship in only his sixth fight. Chris successfully defended his title 3 times and has competed against some of this generation's greatest talents.

Aljamain Sterling

Aljo “The Funk Master” Sterling was born and raised in Uniondale. He attended SUNY Cortland where he wrestled his way to a 87-27 record. He won his first professional fight in 2011 and hasn’t looked back. He continued accumulating wins in promotions such as Ring of Combat and Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Aljo made his UFC debut in 2014 and has amassed a record of 18-3, 7 of those victories coming by way of submission. He is currently ranked #2 in the UFC and has eyes on becoming the UFC Bantamweight Champion.

Merab Dvalishvili

Merab got his official pro start in MMA in 2014, since then he has been signed by the UFC on the series: Dana White Looking for a fight with his :15 second knockout. Merab holds the record for most takedowns in the UFC bantamweight division and holds a record of 9-4. He finally get his opportunity at a top-15 ranked opponent when he takes on Casey Kenney at UFC Fight Night 167.

Eddie "Truck" Gordon

Truck, graduated from Fordham before he began training mixed martial arts. He got his start in profession mixed martial arts in 2011, with a win in Ring of Combat. He won the ROC Light Heavyweight belt a year later.  Truck impressed on The Ultimate fighter on Team Edgar and eventually won the show with an impressive 1st round knockout.

Jennie Nedell

Jennie Nedell began training with Ray Longo in 2010 and runs our kid's kickboxing program. Jennie gained an impressive 28-4 record as an amateur, and currently has a professional record of 14-3. She carries the New York State kickboxing title, Battle of the Millenium championship, has won and defended her Intercontinental championship, and has fought for the largest kickboxing organization in the world, Glory 4 times.
